Print-on-Demand Stores Terms of Use and Sale

These Terms of Use and Sale (the “Terms”) apply to your use of the storefront identified on your order (the “Store”) and to any order you place through that Store’s website.

Each Store is operated by SaaSCrest Labs Inc., a British Columbia corporation (“SaaSCrest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). SaaSCrest is the seller of the products offered on this website.

The SaaSCrest Corporate Terms of Service (the “Corporate Terms”) also form part of your agreement with us. These Terms add rules for the design service, customized products, and orders placed through the Store. If there is a direct conflict, these Terms govern for the Store. Any intended change to the Corporate Terms is stated clearly below; otherwise, the Corporate Terms continue to apply unchanged.

By using this website, creating a design, uploading content, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Corporate Terms.

The following related policies provide additional rules and information:

1. Who may use this website

You must have reached the age of majority where you live and be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Store, create a design, upload content, or place an order.

For the Store, this rule replaces the age requirement in Section 1 of the Corporate Terms.

If you place an order for a business or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes.

2. How the design service works

The Store lets you create a customized product by describing what you want, uploading an image, choosing from design options, requesting changes, selecting a product, and approving a final preview.

Automated tools may help interpret your instructions and create, edit, resize, or prepare images. These tools can make mistakes. A design may contain unexpected details, spelling errors, distorted features, or other problems. A design may also resemble a design created for someone else.

You are responsible for reviewing the final preview carefully before placing your order.

3. Your images, instructions, and other content

You keep the ownership rights you already have in the photographs, artwork, text, instructions, and other material you submit.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • you own it or have permission to use it for the product you are ordering;
  • you have permission from each recognizable person shown in it, including permission from a parent or legal guardian when a child is shown;
  • it does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, or rights in their name, image, or likeness;
  • it is not unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or prohibited by our Content and Image Policy; and
  • the information you give us about your rights and permissions is accurate.

You give SaaSCrest permission to use your content as reasonably needed to provide the design service and complete your order. This includes storing and reviewing the content, creating or changing designs from it, showing designs to you, preparing the approved design for production, making and delivering the product, providing support, protecting the website, and keeping necessary records. Companies working for us may handle the content only as needed to perform those tasks.

We do not publish your private content, use it in advertising, sell it as stock content, or use it to train AI systems for unrelated purposes unless you give us separate permission.

Our Content and Image Policy explains these rules in more detail.

4. Content review and rejected designs

We may review submitted and generated content to help prevent unlawful, unsafe, infringing, or unsuitable products.

We may refuse to create, display, sell, or produce a design when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or our Content and Image Policy, creates a legal or safety concern, or cannot be produced reliably.

We may ask you to submit different content. If we cancel a paid item before production because we cannot make it, we will refund the amount paid for that item.

5. Your final preview

The final preview shows the design on the product and options you selected. Before placing your order, check:

  • spelling, names, dates, and other text;
  • cropping, layout, orientation, and image placement;
  • the product, size, colour, finish, and other options;
  • quantity;
  • price and currency;
  • shipping address; and
  • estimated production and delivery information.

Changing the design, product, or product options may require a new final preview and approval.

An error that was visible in the final preview you approved is not a manufacturing defect when the finished product reasonably matches that preview.

6. Product images and normal variation

Website images and previews are digital representations. The finished product may look slightly different because of screen settings, print materials, texture, finish, lighting, and ordinary differences in printing and manufacturing.

Small differences in colour, scale, positioning, edge cropping, or placement are not defects when the product otherwise reasonably matches its description and the approved final preview. Product dimensions and materials listed on the product page control over the apparent size of an image shown on screen.

7. Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the total price will be shown before you place your order.

You authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide. Your order is considered paid when we receive payment confirmation. We do not store your full payment-card number or security code.

We may correct an obvious pricing, description, or calculation error before accepting an order. If you have already paid and we cannot honour the corrected order, we will cancel it and refund the amount charged.

8. When we accept an order

Submitting an order is your offer to buy the products shown at checkout.

A purchase contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation accepting the order. A payment authorization or payment receipt by itself does not mean that we have accepted the order.

Before production begins, we may decline or cancel an order if:

  • the product or required materials are unavailable;
  • we cannot produce the design safely or lawfully;
  • there is an obvious price or listing error;
  • payment is reversed or cannot be confirmed;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or an unauthorized payment; or
  • an event outside our reasonable control makes production impracticable.

If we decline or cancel an order after charging you, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

9. Changes and cancellations

Customized products can move into production quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

If we receive your cancellation request before production begins, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid. Once production has begun, we usually cannot change or cancel the order because it is being made specifically for you.

A cancellation or change is not complete until we confirm it. Changing an address, product, size, or design may require cancellation and a new order.

10. Production, shipping, and delivery

Products are made to order. Production and delivery dates shown on the website or at checkout are estimates unless we expressly state that a date is guaranteed.

We will arrange shipment to the address you provide. You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after production or shipment begins.

Orders may arrive in more than one package. Tracking information may not update immediately after a shipping label is created.

Delays can occur because of production volume, transportation disruptions, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control. If we learn of a material delay before shipment, we may provide a revised estimate or offer to cancel and refund the affected item.

You are responsible for customs charges, duties, or import fees that are not collected at checkout, if any.

11. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Because each product is customized and made to order, we do not accept returns or give refunds for:

  • a change of mind;
  • ordering the wrong size, colour, product, option, or quantity;
  • an incorrect or incomplete shipping address supplied by the customer;
  • an error that was visible in the approved final preview; or
  • ordinary differences between a screen image and a finished product.

We will address products that arrive damaged, have a significant manufacturing defect, are made incorrectly, or are materially different from what was ordered.

Report the problem through our contact page within 30 days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs when requested. Keep the product and packaging until we tell you whether they are needed.

If we approve the claim, we will provide a remedy appropriate to the problem, which may be a replacement, reprint, partial refund, or full refund. Do not return a product unless we give you return instructions.

For an order that has not arrived, contact us within 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date. We may investigate the shipment before approving a replacement or refund. If the package is confirmed lost or cannot reasonably be delivered, we will replace or refund the affected item.

If a package is returned because the address you supplied was incomplete, incorrect, or unavailable, we may require payment of a new shipping charge before sending it again.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

The commitments in this section are our product-specific promises for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items. Except for these promises, the warranty provisions in the Corporate Terms continue to apply.

12. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes may have additional conditions shown with the offer. Unless stated otherwise:

  • they have no cash value;
  • they cannot be combined;
  • they apply only to eligible products and dates;
  • they cannot be applied after an order is placed; and
  • we may cancel a promotion used fraudulently or affected by an obvious error.

13. Use of the website

The acceptable-use rules in the Corporate Terms apply to this website.

You must not access or try to access another person’s design or order, upload malicious files, bypass content or usage restrictions, interfere with the website, or use automated tools to scrape, overload, or test it without permission.

We may limit or block access, reject content, or cancel an unproduced order when reasonably necessary to protect customers, SaaSCrest, or the website.

14. Intellectual property

The intellectual-property provisions in the Corporate Terms apply to the Store.

SaaSCrest owns or licenses the website, software, branding, page designs, product mockups, templates, written content, and other materials used to operate the service. Buying a product does not give you ownership of our software, templates, production methods, source files, or other underlying materials. Unless we expressly offer a digital file as part of a product, your purchase is for the physical product only.

The Corporate Terms do not transfer to SaaSCrest any ownership rights you already have in content you submit. Automated designs may not be unique, eligible for copyright protection, or free from every possible third-party claim.

15. Liability for an order

The exclusions of indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages in the Corporate Terms continue to apply.

If a claim arises from or relates to a particular order or product, SaaSCrest’s total liability for all claims connected with that order will not exceed the total amount you paid for that order. This order-specific limit replaces the monetary cap in Section 6 of the Corporate Terms only for claims connected with that order.

For a claim that is not connected with a particular order, Section 6 of the Corporate Terms applies unchanged.

This section does not reduce any replacement or refund that we expressly provide under Section 11. Nothing in this section limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

16. Privacy

The SaaSCrest Corporate Privacy Policy applies to this website. Our Print-on-Demand Stores Privacy Policy provides additional details about personal information handled through the Store.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and each order placed through the Store are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia.

You agree that every dispute arising from or relating to this website, these Terms, or an order must be resolved exclusively in the courts or tribunals of British Columbia. Where applicable, a dispute may be heard by the Civil Resolution Tribunal or the Provincial Court of British Columbia under British Columbia law.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive the right to participate in a class action, representative proceeding, or collective claim against SaaSCrest, as provided in the Corporate Terms.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply to future use of the website and future orders after they are posted.

The version of these Terms accepted when you place an order continues to govern that order unless you and SaaSCrest agree otherwise. This order-specific rule applies despite the general changes provision in the Corporate Terms.

19. Other Corporate Terms

Except for the age requirement in Section 1, the product commitments in Section 11, the order-specific liability limit in Section 15, and the accepted-order rule in Section 18, the Corporate Terms continue to apply unchanged. Section 14 also clarifies that the Corporate Terms do not transfer ownership of customer-submitted content to SaaSCrest.

20. Your complete agreement with us

For your use of the Store and any order, your agreement with SaaSCrest consists of:

  • the Corporate Terms;
  • these Terms;
  • the Content and Image Policy;
  • the product, price, shipping, and other information shown at checkout; and
  • the order confirmation.

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. The Shipping, Returns and Cancellations page summarizes purchase rules but does not replace these Terms.
