Print-on-Demand Stores Content and Image Policy

This Content and Image Policy applies when you submit instructions, text, photographs, artwork, or other material to the storefront identified on your order (the “Store”) or use a design created through this website.

Each Store is operated by SaaSCrest Labs Inc. (“SaaSCrest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Policy forms part of the Print-on-Demand Stores Terms of Use and Sale. The SaaSCrest Corporate Terms of Service also apply.

1. Submit only content you are allowed to use

You may submit content that you created or that you have permission to use for the customized product you are ordering.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • you own it or have the necessary licence or permission;
  • you are allowed to have it copied, changed, printed, and shipped as part of your order;
  • you have permission from each recognizable person shown in it;
  • when a child is recognizable, you are the child’s parent or legal guardian or have permission from the parent or legal guardian;
  • the content does not violate another person’s privacy, copyright, trademark, confidentiality, or rights in their name, image, or likeness; and
  • the content complies with this Policy and the law.

Being shown in a photograph does not necessarily mean you own the photograph. Finding an image online, buying a physical copy, giving credit, or taking a screenshot does not necessarily give you permission to reproduce it.

2. Content we do not accept

Do not submit content that:

  • is illegal or promotes illegal activity;
  • sexually exploits or endangers a child;
  • shows or promotes non-consensual intimate material;
  • contains credible threats, targeted harassment, or instructions to harm a person;
  • promotes hatred or violence against people because of characteristics such as race, religion, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability;
  • contains graphic sexual content or extreme graphic violence;
  • unlawfully reveals another person’s private or sensitive information;
  • deceptively impersonates a person, business, government body, emergency service, or official document;
  • uses copyrighted artwork, photographs, fictional characters, logos, trademarks, celebrity images, or other protected material without the rights needed for the requested product;
  • falsely suggests that a person or organization created, approved, sponsored, or endorsed the product;
  • violates a court order, confidentiality obligation, or contract; or
  • is otherwise fraudulent, abusive, or harmful.

We may decline content that creates a legal, safety, or production concern, even when the person submitting it believes the content is permitted.

3. Photographs of people

Personal photographs, including family photographs and photographs of children, may be used when you have the necessary rights and permissions.

Do not submit a photograph taken in a private setting without permission, an intimate image without the person’s consent, or an image that could reasonably put a person at risk.

Do not use another person’s face or identity in a misleading, humiliating, sexual, defamatory, or harmful way.

4. AI-assisted designs

Automated tools may help create or change a design from your instructions or uploaded image.

Results can be unpredictable. They may contain mistakes, distorted details, misspelled words, or similarities to other images. We do not promise that a generated design is unique, eligible for copyright protection, or free from every possible third-party claim.

Review the final preview carefully before ordering.

5. Your ownership and the permission you give us

You keep the rights you already have in content you submit.

You give SaaSCrest permission to use that content as reasonably needed to:

  • provide the design service;
  • create and show design options to you;
  • review content for legal, safety, fraud, and quality concerns;
  • prepare the approved design for production;
  • make and deliver the product;
  • provide customer support;
  • prevent misuse and protect the website; and
  • keep records or respond to claims as described in our Privacy Policy.

Companies working for us may handle the content only as needed to perform those tasks.

We do not place private content in a public gallery, use it in advertising, sell it as stock content, or use it to train AI systems for unrelated purposes unless you give separate permission.

6. Review and enforcement

We may review submitted and generated content before or after an order is placed.

We may refuse, remove, or stop work on content that we reasonably believe violates this Policy, creates a legal or safety concern, or cannot be produced reliably. We may ask you to submit different content.

If you think content was rejected by mistake, use our contact page. We may reconsider the decision, but we are not required to accept content that we are not prepared to produce.

7. Orders affected by a content problem

If we reject content before production begins, we may invite you to use different content or cancel the affected item.

If a paid item is cancelled because we cannot produce it, we will refund the amount paid for that item.

If a problem arises because your confirmation about ownership, permission, or lawful use was inaccurate, we may cancel the order, stop production where possible, refuse future use, and take other reasonable steps. Your responsibility for third-party claims is governed by the Corporate Terms.

8. Reporting a rights concern

If you believe content handled through the Store violates your copyright, trademark, privacy, or rights in your name, image, or likeness, email legal@saascrest.com and include:

  • your name and contact information;
  • a description of the right you believe is affected;
  • enough information for us to identify the content or order;
  • an explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized;
  • a statement that the information you provide is accurate; and
  • confirmation that you are the rights owner or are authorized to act for the rights owner.

We may ask for more information before taking action. We may keep relevant records when reasonably needed to investigate or respond to the concern.
